Legacy of the void campaign units

The campaign feels desperate and hard-fought in every mission, and ends up doing a fine job teaching you the basics of playing StarCraft in the process. A lot of the new stuff in Heart of the Swarm may be useful, but even after years of tinkering from Blizzard, it was never all that much fun to use. The previous expansion, Heart of the Swarm, had left me feeling like maybe StarCraft 2’s gameplay was as exhausted an old Vespene geyser, with slow-paced late-game units that rewarded caution more than daring, and a few too many early-game units that could yield a quick 'build-order win' before the action really got rolling. It wasn't just the story I was worried about. Watch the first 29 minutes of the Legacy of the Void campaign above.
